DBConvert for MySQL & DB2 is a database migration tool for data conversion from MySQL to DB2 and from DB2 to MySQL databases. You can convert MySQL data to DB2 or DB2 to MySQL databases simply by configuring several options through Wizard interface or in command line mode. Ability to organize application work using command line parameters is supplemented with a DBConvert Scheduler so you can run the program without user control after having scheduled task once. With this tool you can generate PHP scripts and SQL Dumps that allow you to get over the restrictions on MySQL or on DB2 server if any. Afterwards, you are enabled to run PHP scripts or Dump file on remote server. The destination database in this case will be recreated and updated with all the tables filled with the data according to commands stored in PHP script or Dump file.
